26 yr old professional interested in houseshare

Also advertising a room as my current housemate is leaving- deciding on whether to find someone to sign a new tenancy agreement in my current house or move into an existing houseshare for better flexibility.

Mostly wanting somewhere affordable and commuting distance to my job, would like a double room and access to a decent kitchen if possible. Would ideally want to share with women 21-30ish, would say i'm reasonably tidy and sociable - message if youd like to have a chat!
Proabbly want to move in end of April
