Graduate looking for a house/flat share

Hi,

Mid June I'll be relocating to Birmingham to start a grad job in the city centre.

I'm looking for a double room in a shared house/flat that is ideally no more than half an hour walk away from New St. I will be bringing my car so parking would be fantastic, but I can rent a space if not.

For context, I'm 22 and will be working for a property company 9-5. I enjoy going to gigs, the gym and the pub. I'm used to house-sharing as I've been living with mates the last two years at uni.

If anyone has got a room going, or is also looking for a similar thing and want to meet up for a pint, please let me know.
