Student Mentor looking for a house-share

I am a 32 year old Student Mentor and Artist looking for short-term lets in and around Brighton so I can start working at the University of Sussex whilst saving for long-term lets.

I am friendly, compassionate, clean and tidy. I love keeping my home cosy and beautiful. I'm a homebody most of the week, and enjoy nature walks, yoga, cooking and baking, music, reading and creative activities. I go out to meet friends, go to gigs and the cinema but don't party often and very rarely at home. Non-smoker and infrequent drinker. Socialist, vegan, neuro-divergence positive.
