Specialist Student Mentor looking for a nice house

I am a 32 year old Student Mentor and Artist looking for either long or short-term lets in central Brighton while I begin working at University of Sussex. I also work from home so need to be able to come and go as though it’s my home.

I am friendly, compassionate, clean and tidy. I love keeping my home cosy and beautiful. I'm a homebody most of the week, and enjoy nature walks, yoga, cooking and baking, music, reading, gardening and creative activities. I go out to meet friends, go to gigs, pubs and the cinema but don't party often and very rarely at home. Non-smoker and infrequent drinker. Socialist, vegan, queer and neuro-divergence positive.
