🇨🇦 From Canada to Scarbo / Clean & Considerate

Hi, I’m currently living and working in Scarborough and am looking for a comfortable furnished room in the area.

I’m clean, respectful, reliable and very easy to live with. I value a calm, peaceful home and enjoy a nice balance between friendly conversation and having our own personal space.

I’m naturally very tidy and quite minimalist. I ran my own cleaning company for many years, so looking after a home and keeping things clean and organized is second nature to me.

I enjoy an active lifestyle, long walks, being near the sea and spending time outdoors, so somewhere within reasonable walking distance of the seafront, green space or walking routes would be lovely.

Location is important as I don’t currently drive, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere with good access to shops, public transport and everyday amenities.

I’d prefer a peaceful, non-smoking home with a furnished room and a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a genuine home rather than simply a room to rent, and I’d be very happy to stay longer term if it’s a good fit.
