Professional seeking room near Belfast centre

I’m a software developer looking for a room in a quiet, tidy house.

I work 3 days a week from Riverside Tower beside the Hilton in Belfast city centre, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere with a reasonable commute into town. The other 2 days I work from home, so I’d need either a desk or enough space to set one up comfortably.

I’m respectful, clean, and easy-going.

I’m not interested in cash-in-hand setups - everything needs to be open and above board.
