Buddy-up for 2-bed in Docklands/East

I’m a 28yo professional working in highways and asset management in East London. I’m typically in the office 3 days during the week, WFH the rest, and keep a pretty active routine outside work.

During the week I’m fairly structured: gym after work, football, the odd midweek social, and weekends are a mix of social plans or occasional chilled nights in.

I’m clean, respectful of shared space and easy going to live with. I enjoy a sociable flat environment but equally appreciate downtime and everyone doing their own thing.

Looking for ideally another like-minded professional who is:

- clean and considerate (we don’t need that chalk board full of chores and rules type-living)
- sociable but not a party house vibe
- planning to stay 12 months+ ideally

Looking to buddy up to secure a good quality 2-bed 2-bath around the Docklands/East area in the £2,000–£2,200 range.
