Looking for fun profession flatmate

I’ll be moving to Manc ASAP as I’ve just got a new job (yay me).
I’m looking for a room ideally with an en-suite in central Manc to share w someone who is clean n tidy but I do not mind a few dirty dishes if you’re hungover! 🤣
Ideally someone who I can have a few drinks with but also respect eachothers space. I’m all for socials and don’t mind people over, as long as there is mutual respect.
I work Monday - Friday in sales and I’m in the office most of the time. But ofc like a drink and I love music, house, techno etc.
I’m 27, single (and like it that way🤣) I love painting and anything artsy and adventurous. I will also be leaving my Pilate studio which I’m super sad about so if you know of a place maybe we can go together? 🥹
Love all animals so don’t mind if there’s pets. And fine with you having people over as well.
Just looking for a sound flat mate who’s pretty easy going, professional and focussed but liked to have fun.
A balcony with a high rise view would be a big bonus.
