I’m a young professional looking for a double room in a friendly house/flat share from around the end of September.

📍 Areas: Central, East or South East London
📅 Move-in: End of September
💷 Budget: Around £1,000 pcm excluding bills
🚇 Transport: Close to a Tube station with an easy commute to Baker Street

A little about me:

I work as an estate agent in Marylebone and I’m in the office five days a week, plus the occasional Saturday, so I’m out and about most of the week and don’t work from home.

I’m currently living in Bermondsey and really love the area, so I’d ideally like to stay around here or somewhere nearby. That said, I’m definitely open to exploring other parts of Central, East or South East London for the right place! My main priority is being close to a Tube station with a straightforward commute to Baker Street for work.

Outside of work, I love a good pub trip, finding a nice wine bar or going for an evening run by the river. I’m always up for the occasional night out, but equally love a cosy evening at home in front of the TV with a glass of wine.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I’d really love to find somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room in a house.

Ideally, I’d love to live with people who are happy to hang out, have a glass of wine, cook together or head to the pub every now and then, while also having our own lives and respecting each other’s space.
