Seeking 1 bed flat/ ensuit bedroom! Professional

Hi, I’m a 25-year-old professional looking for either a self-contained 1-bed flat or a room with a private en-suite bathroom.

I’m currently lodging with a couple who are selling their home to move abroad, so I’m looking for somewhere new to settle. I’m happy to provide references.

I’m a professional chef with nearly 10 years’ experience and also hold a CSCS card and IPAF licence for construction work. I’m currently on a short-term sick note but will be returning to full-time work once cleared. I have a solid work history and strong earning potential.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and keep myself to myself. I don’t drink regularly, spend time at the gym, and take pride in maintaining a quiet, well-kept living space.
