Professional couple seeking room/ flat (short let)

My husband & I have been living & renting a garden flat in Notting Hill for the past 20 years. We are from Australia (with UK passports too) and moved to the UK 20 years ago.
Our landlord has sold the flat and we are now planning to relocate to Italy and also spend our time between Australia & Italy with some time in London. We are both professionals - my husband works as an IT consultant at t Liverpool St for a global bank and also has a "start up" and I am a primary school teacher (supply) with a London teaching agency.
We can provide excellent references from our property manager and accountant,.
We are extremely quiet and extremely house proud & tidy - we also own a house in Melbourne Australia.
We are ideally looking for a short let - double room (with ensuite) or preferably an entire flat for 2 months from around end of May until end of July. (though can be flexible with dates)
We are also flexible with our budget - what is important to use is finding the right place - a clean, well kept room with ensuite or entire apartment
