I’m currently looking for a studio flat, self-contained apartment, or a clean room to rent in Birmingham.

My budget is between £450–£750 per month, depending on the property and whether bills are included.

I’m open to:

* A studio flat
* A self-contained apartment with kitchen and bathroom
* Or a room in a 2-bedroom apartment/house if someone is willing to rent out one room

Preferred move-in date: Mid-July.

I’m a clean, respectful, and easy-going person, and I’m looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

Preferred areas:
Chelmsley Wood, Erdington, Castle Bromwich, Birmingham City Centre, or nearby areas.
