Looking to buddy up for a 2 or 3 bed

I’m looking to buddy up with one or two people so we can rent an apartment together. Ideally I’d like to stay somewhere near Deansgate. I have my eye on a few properties so we can decide together.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with, and I’d like to live with someone who’s considerate and values a calm living environment. I’m looking for someone likewise who can also be friend not just a flatmate.

I’m a student who’s moving to Manchester for my placement year which starts in September so will be in the office most of the time.
