I am a male aged 42. I am looking for a single or double ensuite room or studio preferably. Needs to be ensuite.

Has to accept uc for rent which im using. No deposit move in needed.

As many or all bills included preferably.

Would like a studio but nice ensuite rooms are ok too.

Any kind of kitchen is a bonus but not essential. Washing machine would be ideal.

Looking to secure something really as quickly and soon as possible

I am available to move from 04/03/2026 and have a budget of £1,300pcm.
