Flatmates in early-mid 20s for September

Hey, my name is Theo and I'm 22 (turning 23 soon) and looking for a double room in Edinburgh to move into long term. I will be joining a grad scheme in edinburgh but work from home a few days a week. My office will be in the city centre so I would prefer something that’s close to the centre.

I’m very clean and I love meeting new people so a sociable flat would be ideal.
On the weekends I like to go to the pub or go out but also like chill nights watching a movie on the weekdays. I am an outdoorsy person and love going on hikes and I do bouldering and badminton!

Ideally i'd be looking to share with people around my age (early to mid 20s), I don't mind sharing with boys or girls, and I would prefer to move in mid august to september as my grad scheme starts in September.

I will be travelling up until July so meeting in person could be difficult until then but I am open to calling/messaging or anything else before then.
