Hi, I’m Carl. I’m urgently looking for a room in or around Epsom, Surrey. I’m currently homeless due to a job not working out and I’m trying to get myself stable again. I’m unemployed at the moment but receiving Universal Credit, and I’m eligible for the housing element, which can help cover rent once I secure a room. I’m happy to provide proof of UC and any documents needed. I’m clean, respectful, easy to get along with, and I mostly keep to myself.
