Wanted room to rent not in central Brighton

I’m looking for a room to rent from September in a quiet household. Preferably with a family or landlord, rather than a student house. I will be going into my third year at medical school so I will be on placements most of the time, therefore I need somewhere to park my car or the option to get a permit. I am clean, quiet and tidy and I love cats so that would be a bonus!
