Looking for a room

Hi,

I recently completed my PhD in Electrical Engineering at Aalborg University in Denmark. I will be moving to the UK on a Global Talent Visa, and I’m very interested in the room you advertised.

I’m a quiet, tidy, non-smoker, and respectful of shared spaces. I have experience living in shared accommodation and value a peaceful and clean home environment. I’m financially stable and always reliable with rent payments.

I’m currently looking for a room for about **3 months**, and I would like to **move in as soon as possible. If possible, I would also need a **formal rental contract**, as I may need it in the future for immigration purposes (ILR application).

Please let me know if the room is still available.
