Friendly 27 y/o looking for a house share

hiii, I moved to Brighton late last year and am currently living alone but am missing the sense of community & belonging that good flatmates bring. It would be great to find people who want to be friends as well as flatmates, although I have a pretty intense job so do need solo decompression time too like most people :)

I have a car so would need to find somewhere with parking or permits available (currently in Zone N so anything in that area would be dreamy, bonus points for being near to the sea, I’m learning to surf).

A bit about me, I am a trainee social worker so I spend mon-fri out the house on placement so it’s essentially like a 9-5 but I do have student status when it comes to council tax.

I am looking for a tenancy starting Aug time, budget is roughly £700 maximum £800.

You will find me going to gigs, the cinema and just generally dilly dallying

I do love a pub trip but also love getting 9 hours of sleep (sans hangover).
