Looking for a flatmate

Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate who is tidy, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m very calm, quiet, and considerate to live with.

I’m a 29-year-old PhD student and I also teach at the university. Before starting my PhD, I worked for a couple of years in the NHS, so in practice I’m probably closer to a professional than a typical student haha.

I usually work in the lab five days a week from around 10am to 7pm, so I’m mostly out during the day. In my free time I enjoy strength training, going to the gym, hiking, and staying active in general — I also like Pilates and yoga.

I’m looking for either
- a flatmate to buddy up and get a nice flat

- a studio/ one bedroom calm, comfortable place to live

- a double or single room in a flat that i share with one female flatmate only
