Social,friendly guy: rent room, <1200pcm

Me around my lovely hometown in Sardinia

Here is Davide (31), looking for a room to rent in Aldgate/Whitechapel/Spitalfields, within 30 minutes from Barts Cancer Institute (Barbican tube station), where I will be working as a Researcher.

I have successfully shared apartments in the last 15 years (5 of which in London: Mile End, Poplar and Bow ) and mostly met friendly faces.

I will spend most of my time in the lab, but when I'm home I am respectful, friendly, sociable, and easy-going. I am not much of a drinker, but I will pour you a glass if you don't mind listening to my complaints about the British weather and my love for the city.

I don't mind sharing bathroom if with tidy and clean flatmates (as I am) and I like cooking and sharing food (so that is a perk, I guess!)

My highest budget would be 1200 pcm for private bathroom bills included, but any other arrangement can be interesting for me and is negotiable.

I am looking to move on July 1st or last week of June. I am free to visit rooms on weekends.
