Ready to move before 19 July 2026.
Needs only to have shower, toilet, hand basin, kitchen sink, washing machine, heating and broadband availability.
Unfinished or not decorated is also fine.
Kindly note, I am NOT looking for a property with any kind of shared facilities.
The main requirement is the budget of £800 -1000pcm depending on area / size and ideally a new-build or completely refurbished property.
I am single, semi-retired, a non-smoker with no pets and looking for a long-term rental. I will occupy the property May – October only (as I am overseas in the Winter) whilst of course paying rent all year around.
