Room for Aug/Sept 2026 until approx Dec 2025

Hiya!

I’m a 27-year-old professional working full-time in children’s social care in East London and I’m looking for a room from August/September to December 2026.

I’ve been living in London for about 1 1/2 years and have a steady income, so I’m reliable with rent and bills. My job keeps me fairly busy during the week and I occasionally work from home, so ideally a place that’s respectful of this.

I’ve lived in shared houses for around eight years and have always had really positive experiences, always got along well with my housemates and enjoyed the social side of sharing.

Outside of work I’m quite sociable. I enjoy cooking, going out for food and trying new places, going to the cinema, the pub, reading, and walks. I also enjoy the occasional night out and a bit of a boogie.

Ideally I’d like to live with other professionals in a home that’s clean, tidy, friendly and relaxed. I’d enjoy spending time together as a house, like share a meal now and then, but I’m also respecting of peoples space and routines.

I’m just looking for a short-term place between plans. I’m open to furnished or unfurnished rooms and to living with a mix of people. I’m mainly just looking for a calm and considerate household. The room doesn’t need to be huge, but I would ideally like a space to work from home.
