Professional Female Looking for Double Room

Hi everyone! I'm Cerise, from Hong Kong. A full-time working professional.

Most of the time, I enjoy watching movies or TV shows on a cosy couch, or maybe hanging out with friends on my day offs. Im also hoping to try new stuff, make some new friends and socialising with housemates, especially I'm a gamer - more than happy to have people gaming together!

I'm currently trying to relocate somewhere near my workplace in Beckenham, so im aiming to rent a place (min. 2 bed, can be more people, female preferred!) within 30 - 50 mins of transportation, such as Beckenham Central and Bromley. My budget is around £925 pcm, bills inclusive, can be negotiated.

I have my own furnitures - like my double mattress, 140cm office desk & chair and a coffee table, so I'm looking for a spacious double room to put all these stuff in. This can be discussed further afterwards, but this is a mandatory requirement to me.

Im also looking at moving in early September or after, but this can also be discussed afterwards. Happy to have a call or meet potential housemates in-person if needed!
