My landlady is selling her house, so I am looking for a new place to call home! I’m a long term working professional (WFH 2-5 days depending on the week) and also a Zumba instructor, very cheerful and open to making new friends! I am looking for a clean, spacious and friendly environment. I need a spacious room, storage space for a bicycle and have a car so would need parking or have permit parking easily accessible. Only interested in areas close to the A3, such as New Malden, Wimbledon and Raynes Park. Budget MAX = £975, unless a studio. Thank you for reading!
