Postgraduate Student 2026/2027 academic year

Hi my name is Gemma. I will be starting my MSc September 2026, ideally looking to move in August or early September before 14/09/26 when my course starts. I'm looking for a room that is close to the University of Southampton, particularly Avenue Campus.

I would ideally prefer a double room with a desk. Also a washing machine is a must have in the house.

I'm looking for a quiet house but am always down to go out for a coffee or go to the pub for a pint with housemates. I do not smoke but will consider places that accept smoking.

It would be great to do a houseshare with other Masters or PhD students, but I'm completely fine with professionals.

I am quite a tidy person and respectful of people's spaces and items, and am always down to do scheduled clean ups from rotas or from dividing the cleaning up.
