Hi there, I am a single man. No kids either. No pets just me. I'm very clean and tidy. Fully independent. Have a car so a garage or parking space would be helpful. I get on with all kinds of people so am sure we'd have a good living arrangement. I also seek if not work out a flat for just one person. I prefer my own space but this is optional. I'm sure my current landlord will provide references if required. I've lived in my property for over 20 years.
