Hello, I'm looking for a room to rent in Sunderland and Newcastle areas. I am currently unemployed, but I do work in stock trading from home. I have savings to pay for rents. My preferences for payment would be paying month to month by credit card, mypayr, but this is just so I earn airline miles, each month. I can do direct bank transfer also. I'm dual UK USA citizen, and moved to the northeast in February. I've relocated to the northeast UK and still getting my accounts and opportunities in order, with some planning.
