Professional Looking for a Room

Looking for a room near Stanningley Road (LS12/LS13, Leeds), within a short commute, from [start date], 3–4 nights per week (Wed–Fri/Sat).
Budget: up to £300 per month (flexible depending on bills included).
Looking for a room in the Stockport area or surrounding areas, ideally within around a 30-minute drive of South-East Manchester.

I currently work as a Coach Driver and work long shifts, so I’m mainly looking for a comfortable and quiet place to settle into while I get established in the area. I’m open to something temporary initially, but ideally I would be looking for a minimum stay of around 6 months.

A bit about me: I’m clean, respectful and easy-going. I enjoy football, going to the gym, gaming on PC, watching films and series, and I’m also very interested in documentaries, especially history.

I also have a lovely Labrador who is very well behaved, house-trained and calm indoors. She barely barks, does not cause any damage and is used to living indoors. Depending on my shift pattern, I would also arrange a dog walker when needed.

I’m in full-time employment and can provide references if required.
