Part time room wanted 3/4 nights.

Looking for a room near Stanningley Road (LS12/LS13, Leeds), within a short commute, from [start date], 3–4 nights per week (Wed–Fri/Sat).
Budget: up to £300 per month (flexible depending on bills included).
I work long shifts (~13 hours/day, 4 days/week), so I mainly need a quiet place to sleep. I’m clean, respectful, and keep to myself. Full-time employment and can provide references.
I have a lovely Lab , very well-behaved, house-trained, calm indoors, no barking or damage, and fully vaccinated. Happy to pay a pet deposit if needed.
Ideally looking for a minimum 6 month stay.
