Looking for annex - or double confined room

Hi, I’m a full-time working professional looking for a comfortable annex, studio, or double room.

I’m easy going, sociable, and have a good sense of humour. I enjoy spending time with friends but also appreciate a calm and respectful home environment. I’m clean, tidy, and take pride in where I live — and I’m known for making a great dinner too!

I do have a small house rabbit called Joey, who is fully litter trained, very well behaved, and causes no damage. He’s quiet, clean, and stays indoors, so he’s very low maintenance.

I’m a reliable and considerate tenant, and I’d treat your home with care and respect. Ideally looking for somewhere friendly and relaxed to call home.
