Looking for a long-term let in Derbyshire 🌻

Hi! I’m moving to Derbyshire for a permanent NHS role in and looking for somewhere long-term to call home!

Ideally looking for my own place or somewhere self-contained, but open to a house share with the right people.

I’d love somewhere rural or in a small town/village, ideally with a local pub, shop and easy access to a bigger place with gyms and other amenities. Open to anywhere within a reasonable commute of Derby.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, active, clean and sociable. I love snowboarding, surfing, cycling, running, travelling, good coffee (a bit of a coffee snob!), wine, beer and getting into reading. I’m a non-smoker with no pets.

If sharing, I’d prefer a professional household, ideally with women but open to mixed households if we click! Keen to find somewhere relaxed and friendly, where we can socialise, try new hobbies and potentially become friends while respecting each other’s space. My partner and friends may visit occasionally.

Parking: I have two cars (one small everyday car and a larger project car), so extra driveway space or garage access would be a huge bonus! Happy to pay extra for this, but it’s not essential as I can arrange alternative storage for the second car.
