Looking for a housemate (in or around Bath).

I’m moving to Bath for an NHS role and looking for one housemate to find a calm, tidy home with. I’d prefer a house in a village/small town outside Bath with space, parking, and a nice outdoor area, but open to a flat in Bath if it has good outdoor and indoor space.

I’m very clean, sociable but respectful of space, and I like a quieter home. However I’m still happy to host dinner parties etc. I’m into the gym, climbing, snowsports, water sports, long walks, reading, and crocheting. I love dogs and cats but don’t have my own.

I’d love a housemate who’s also up for becoming a friend.
