Seeking a home

Hard working full time professional. Looking for a room, studio, flat or even a caravan to rent, ideally in Penryn, Falmouth area or outside close to these areas such as Truro or Helton.

I do not drink or smoke. I am into running and hiking. I have no pets or children. Would ideally need somewhere I can park my car, that is the only essential.
