Double room in New Vic M4 - both moving in fresh

Hi! I'm taking over a two-bed flat in New Vic from April 25th when the current tenants move out. Looking for someone to share it with - we'd both be moving in fresh.

A bit about the flat: it's £900pcm 2-bed furnished with broadband included, right next to Victoria Station. Very close to the Northern Quarter and the city centre. The building is really nice and very new. I can share the link to the original ad over message, and the current tenants are happy to show you around.

About me: I'm 24, work as a data scientist, and originally from Hertfordshire - been in Manchester nearly two years now. Into sports, the gym, music, and reading. I'm sociable and enjoy going out but equally happy with a quiet night in.

As a housemate I'm clean, tidy, and respectful. I work from home three days a week so I'd need desk space in my room. I play the piano and would be bringing a keyboard (kept in my room, don't worry!). I can bring a TV and a Nintendo Switch for the living room if we're feeling a Mario Kart evening. I'd have friends over now and then, and I'm not opposed to the occasional house party.

Looking for someone easy-going and friendly who's up for being actual mates rather than just people who split the bills.
