Room Wanted – £500 All In – May Move‐In

Hi. I’m currently based in HU3 and hoping to stay in the area, but I’m open to anywhere in Hull with a reasonable commute to the city centre.

I’m unemployed at the moment and on benefits, but actively seeking work and aiming to improve my financial situation. I don’t have a guarantor, so I’m ideally looking for a landlord or household that’s flexible with that.

About me

• Quiet, tidy, respectful and easy to live with
• Outgoing when comfortable, but I appreciate a peaceful home
• Active lifestyle: yoga, meditation, callisthenics, cycling
• Also enjoy reading and writing
• Don’t mind normal household noise, but prefer a generally quiet environment
• Fine with pets
• Fine with smoking — each to their own

What I’m looking for

• Budget: £500 max per month, all bills included
• Move‑in: 17 May 2026
• Long‑term stay preferred
• A decent‑sized room (enough space for yoga/callisthenics)
• Access to outdoor space would be a bonus
• Bike storage appreciated, but if not available I can store it in my room on a mat to avoid any mess
• Friendly, respectful housemates
• Open to mixed‑gender households
