Studio or 1-bed flat

I am looking for a well presented space to live in that is clean and at least has an en-suit/ private bathroom. I am a student, but doing a post graduate teaching course to become a secondary PE teacher September 2027. I am therefore looking for an affordable space to have my independence and safe space to come back to after long placement days, which will be Monday-Friday. I would prefer properties that are from live in landlords, but any clean and modern spaces will be looked at too. £650 a month maximum, with bills included. As i am a student, I do not pay council tax, so any single landlords would still be eligible for single-person discount.
