22M, tidy, sociable, easygoing

Hi, I’m Ben, 22 (turning 23 in June). I’ve been working in media for the past two years and will be moving back to London after living up north for the last year.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, but also up for a laugh and socialising with housemates. I’m big into sport (mainly football, and tennis in the summer), and like being out and about, but equally enjoy a chilled evening in.

I’ve lived in house shares since I left school, so I’m very comfortable with the balance of keeping things clean and respecting people’s space, while also making the place feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’m originally from South London so know the area well, but I’m also open to other parts of London, including the East End.
