Hi, I’m Otis, a full-time professional working at the University of Hull. I’ll be relocating from Birmingham in April and I’m looking for a clean, spacious and comfortable place to call home.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing. I take pride in keeping my living space clean and organised, and I’m very considerate of others. I work a regular schedule during the week and enjoy a quiet, relaxed environment at home.

Ideally looking for:
• A spacious 1-bed flat or large ensuite room
• Good transport links or close to the University of Hull
• A clean and well-maintained property

I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I have stable full-time employment, so rent will always be paid on time.

I’m ready to move from mid-April and can be flexible for the right place.
