Looking for double or spacious single room!

Hi all, I'm looking to move into a spacious single or double room, latest by 4th May 2026. Maximum rent up to £700 pcm (bills included). Preferably within easy walking distance of a tube station!

I work full-time in education, so am mostly out of the house Mon-Fri. I typically spend weekends relaxing in my own space or going for walks. I'm a quiet, mindful housemate, perfectly respectful of others' space and belongings. I don't drink or smoke, but have no problems living with others who do so.

I enjoy travelling, reading and music, but mostly chilling.
