Looking for a studio or 1 bedroom flat

I’m 25, originally from Canada, and moved to the UK in March to continue my career as a massage therapist. I’ve been living in Reading with a live in landlord, but unfortunately he’s selling the property, so I’m looking for my next place.

I’m hoping to find a private studio or 1 bedroom flat in Central Reading, with a budget of £700–£1,100 per month. Ideally it would be unfurnished, as I work from home and need space to set up my massage table.

I’m a fully insured self employed massage therapist and have an established, vetted client base in the area. I’m also studying at the London School of Massage to continue expanding my qualifications.

I’m looking for a private landlord who would be happy with me working from home during normal business hours. A month to month tenancy would be ideal, although I’d also be open to discussing other options.

I have excellent landlord references from both the UK and Canada, can provide proof of income, am happy to pay a deposit, and I’m a non smoker with no pets.
