30 year old female looking for a room/flatmate

After 8 lovely years living with my housemate, she is moving out to live with her boyfriend and I am now seeking a room or buddy-up to move in mid-July.

I am a professional female working in corporate social responsibility and flexible to living in different places across London (but with an undying love for Islington: Highgate, Arsenal, Clissold Park, Highbury, Angel). My budget is 1300 (including bills, and I would love an ensuite room/or a 2-bed with 2-bath, ideally).

My current personality is running (classic turning 30 and signing up to do a marathon, RIP my knees), I love reading, going to gigs, crafting (I have a worrying obsession with crocheting items at the minute), seeing friends for brunch/lunch/dinner (anytime for food and gossip), and spending time in National Trust properties (both the historical rooms and the gift shops).

I love making my house feel like a home, with lots of sunlight, plants, and candles, and would like my environment be chilled, relaxed, and welcoming. I have lived in London for 8+ years and have a strong circle of friends but would love to live with like-minded people who also want to have a cosy and welcoming home, going out to the occasional pub/wine bar and equally binge-watching reality tv on the sofa with a pizza. I work from home 2 days a week but am in the office from Tuesday - Thursday, and out a few evenings at choir, running clubs, etc., but also like time to relax at home and would love someone to hang out with in the evenings.
