Looking for a room/buddy up - ideally West London!
Hiya!
I'm Priyank - work in finance/tech in the City, born and raised in London, looking for a friendly flat share to move into around the start of September. Budget's around £1,700 incl. bills.
Location - I've been living in Bayswater and Hammersmith for my last two places, so West London is my first preference, but I'm open to anywhere in zones 1–2 with an easy commute to Bank/Liverpool St/Moorgate.
Room - Ideally a decent-sized double - I work from home a couple of days a week so need space for a desk, plus my Speediance home gym setup. I'm easy on exactly where things end up if there's storage elsewhere in the flat, so don't let that put you off if the room itself is great. (Worth flagging it's a bit heavy - lift or ground floor access is a plus, though not a dealbreaker and you're more than welcome to use it as well!)
Flat - A shared living room, and bonus points if there's already a cleaner in place or you're keen on getting one. Ideally only 2-3 bedrooms/flatmates.
A bit about me - I'm mostly social outside the flat - golf, squash, and pool (I've got my own clubs, rackets, and a cue), theatre shows, pubs, and hiking are my main things. That said, the occasional meal, drinks, or hosting in the flat wouldn't go amiss - I like a household that's friendly without needing to be in each other's pockets all the time.
Do reach out if of interest - happy to chat over a call first!
