Looking for a chilled flatshare from July

Hi, I’m looking for a new place from July, although I do have some flexibility to move slightly earlier if needed.

I’m ideally after a relaxed, easygoing living environment. I enjoy going out and being social, but I’m not looking for a party house, more somewhere that feels like a home where everyone is respectful of each other’s space.

I’m pretty independent and happy doing my own thing, but equally up for a chat, a drink, or hanging out now and then if that’s the vibe. I’d ideally like a decent-sized room where I can have my own space to unwind.

As a flatmate, I’d say I’m considerate and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces tidy and am mindful of other people’s routines. I’m not obsessively neat, but I respect a clean and comfortable home and always pull my weight.

Open to different setups, whether it’s a more social household or something a bit quieter. Just looking for good people and a good atmosphere.
