Incoming masters student seeking let in West End

Starting my MSc in Philosophy in September and looking for a flat in the West End of Glasgow. Ideally looking for a decent sized double room with a desk if possible. Have been saving up this year so fairly flexible with rent but equally don't want to pay any extortionate amount ! Looking to move in late August/early September at the very latest, but can possibly be flexible with an earlier August start date

I'm outgoing, trying to get back into being a morning person and love to cook and mix drinks. I enjoy hosting, so I'm looking for flatmates who don't mind me having friends round fairly often, and I love to cook for people, so I'm happy to do dinner or a fry-up when I've got the money for ingredients. I do drink and smoke but will respect boundaries wrt smoking indoors and won't leave the place a mess after a night out x

I don't have any gender preference when it comes to housemates, as long as they are relatively tidy and considerate. UG finalists or postgrads would be preferred to mitigate some of the chaos of student life.

Hobbies and interests include but are not limited to: running, bouldering, cooking, corner shop runs, shinty, supermarket wine, photography, tequila, picking flowers for my windowsill and dyeing my hair orange. Please give me somewhere to live!!!
