I am currently 25 years old, I am starting a new job in Denmark Hill in mid - end of April. I'm looking for a socialable / friendly home as I will be moving to London alone. I enjoy going out / pubs, but equally love chill time to read, explore, binge watch series / films and go for walks. I am open to buddy ups or existing house shares. My location is fairly flexible as long as I am no more than 40ish minutes away from work as I will be office based 4 days a week. My max budget is 1.1k a month (including bills)
