Professional looking for a room in Cardiff

Hi, I’m Rhys, originally from Wales and currently completing my PhD in the US. I’ll be moving back to Cardiff in mid-June for work and I’m looking for a room in a clean and friendly house share.

I’m tidy, respectful, reliable, and easy to live with. I enjoy a friendly home environment but also value peace, privacy, and personal space, so I’m ideally looking for a fairly calm household rather than a party house.

I’m open to different areas depending on the right fit. My main priority is finding somewhere well-kept with considerate housemates.
