Clean, friendly professional looking to buddy up

Hi, I’m a full-time professional working as an Area Sales Manager in the healthcare sector, Monday to Friday. I’m looking to buddy up with someone like-minded to rent a flat or house in Cardiff, Bridgend, Pontyclun, Porthcawl, or the surrounding areas.

I’m clean, friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. I go to the gym regularly, enjoy the outdoors, and about once a month I travel away for work from Monday to Friday, so you’d often have the place to yourself.

I’m open-minded, but I’d generally prefer a female buddy-up as I feel I’d be more comfortable in that living arrangement and I’m looking for a calm, tidy, and easygoing home environment.

I’d also consider renting a good-sized double bedroom or an en-suite room if the right place came along.
