Hello, my name is Leonardo.
I am a Brazilian professional currently living and working in London as a Visiting Researcher at the Royal Free Hospital / UCL. I am looking for a new place because my current accommodation was always intended to be temporary, and my agreement there is coming to an end.
📅 Move-in date:
Ideally between 18th and 24th June.
I can also move earlier if the right place becomes available.
📆 Length of stay:
Until the end of my work placement on 16th December 2026.
Please do not contact me for short-term lets of only 1–2 months.
💰 Budget:
• Up to £1,000–£1,100 PCM including bills
• Alternatively £700–£800 PCM if bills are not included
📍 Preferred areas:
North, North West or West London.
Easy access to the Royal Free Hospital is very important to me, so I strongly prefer Zone 2 locations or areas with excellent transport links.
The Northern Line and Mildmay Line are ideal, although I am open to other well-connected locations.
🔑 What I'm looking for:
• Studio or en-suite preferred
• House share with one or two other people is also welcome
• I am not looking to share with more than two other housemates
• Furnished double bedroom
• Desk and chair in the room (important for work)
• Bills included or excluded depending on the overall monthly cost
• Occasional visitors permitted
• Clean and respectful household
• Non-smoking household
• No pets preferred

• Work primarily on-site during the week
