Looking for a sociable flat/ buddy up in SW!

Hi! I’m Ben, 23 from Berkshire. I’m starting a new role in the city so looking to move to the Clapham/ Balham area. I’m looking for a house/ flat share but also open to buddying up with others to find somewhere! May occasionally be WFH so will need a desk.
I’m a very sociable and easygoing person and have lived in house shares before so understand the importance of cleanliness etc.
Will be my first time living in the city so looking for a sociable house with likeminded people of a similar age where we can all be mates. I’m happy for an all guys or mixed house. I’ll never turn down a pub trip and the occasional night out but equally love a chilled night in!
