One nice room in a 2 bed flat (female only)

I am looking for a room in a 2 bed flat sharing only with one other female only. I prefer Wembley Park as I already live this area, but as far as it has a good commute to London it should be fine. I am looking for something longer without moving out again. My budget is 1000-1200, to stay longer the cheaper price would help me to get decision quicker.

I am a clean, tidy and honest person, where ever I go I will treat it like my own house, I will communicate anything regarding the house and can ensure that I will hand back the place exactly the same that was given to me. My previous landlords were all happy with my stay in my pervious locations. Text me if you think we can work. :)
