Female looking for a cozy studio

I am looking from a nice self contained studio with a good commute to London as I am working for an insurance company in London 3 days a week. I am looking for something longer without moving out again. My budget is 1000-1200, to stay longer the cheaper price would help me to get decision quicker.

I am a clean, tidy and honest person, where ever I go I will treat it like my own house, I will communicate anything regarding the house and can ensure that I will hand back the place exactly the same that was given to me. My previous landlords were all happy with my stay in my pervious locations.

Living in studio sometimes can be lonely and depressing, I will try to decorate my room with buying some unique things for the room to make it feel cozy and home. I would be very happy if the landlord help with the basic things such as comfortable bed (spring mattresses are not comfortable) at least I expect to have a good mattress, TV and a small sofa (if possible), we can find free sofa’s in the market place. That is all. I will be more easy and just make the house look like a home and landlord will be more happy with my stay. I communicate anything regarding the home.

Before viewing, if you can send me a vedio of the stadio with the exact address to check the commute to London would be helpful to decide if it’s convenient or not as I can’t view all the requests. In term of arranging viewing we can arrange one once you contacted me..
