Two grads looking for social house

We're easy going, respectful and enjoy both nights out and chilled nights in. We're excited to meet new people and make the most of living in London.

Ideally we want to live in a mixed gender house or flat of minimum 5 people with people around a similar age to us (early-mid 20s).

Looking for a home ideally in North London but also flexible to other areas if it's in a good location with a sociable house. We each want to pay between £700-1000 max per month and are looking for a minimum 6-month contract.

A bit more about us, I'm Maria (21) and my best friend Finley (24) both about to be recent graduates from the University if Leeds. I study environment and business and Finley studies computer science. We're both very sociable and enjoy going out whether that's exploring new places or going out with friends to the pub.
We are both new to the city and want to make the most of moving to the London.

However we are also very tidy of shared spaces and respectful of people’s personal space.
