Room Wanted

Hi i’m Jake, i’m 25, I work at HPC and i’m looking for somewhere with an easy commute. I’m tidy, very chilled out, friendly so not the type to rock any boats! I dont smoke or own any pets. I’m looking for a spacious double with an ensuite to avoid disrupting any bathroom schedules. I like to meal prep so won’t be hogging any kitchens anytime soon. I’ve always maintained a steady income, i have a good group of friends who i play sports with on a weekly basis and I like to travel at least a couple of times a year. Happy to answer any questions if theres anything left to answer :)
